The Definitive Reseda Parking Guide

A practical illustrated system for preserving driveway storage while placing only the legally meaningful portion of your car on private property.

01

The driveway is full before the car arrives.

The deep end of a driveway is valuable storage for Sea-Doos, unopened boxes, broken grills, and objects nobody has identified since the previous tenant. The car belongs in the remaining three feet, the entire sidewalk, and the driveway ramp.

Recommended vehicle position: preserve all driveway storage while occupying a small piece of driveway, the full sidewalk, and the concrete driveway ramp between sections of grass parkway.
1

Protect the storage

Sea-Doos, cardboard boxes, a dormant grill, and six years of temporary storage already live in the driveway. They were there first and have seniority.

2

Enter incompletely

Advance until a small but emotionally significant piece of the car occupies the driveway. Stop while the rest still covers the full sidewalk and driveway ramp.

3

Redirect locally

Pedestrians unable to pass can enter the street, travel around your vehicle, and return to the sidewalk once your personal transportation needs have been respected.

02

The Accessibility Completion Test

Can an elderly woman, wheelchair user, or parent with a stroller get by?
YES
